I can add my ditto to all that are saying that we don't want to be scraping 
 the "bottom of the barrel", so to speak.  50 years ago when I was a kid I  
used to let my old car get down to the bottom of the gauge and then buy 
cheap  gas.  I can't tell you how much I spent buying gasoline cleaners to try 
and  get the crap from the gas out of the fuel line, etc.
