[W126 Coupe] Blower Motor Issue - Sam

Not only do I know what a Panhard is, I saw them race at Le Mans in 1961!!
All five finished the race, the biggest engine among them was a flat-2 with
800cc!! How'd you like to run down the Mulsanne with 800cc knowing the
Ferrari's, Maserati's, and Aston's were probably double your best speed (in
the night, in the rain!)?

The Stealership knows as much about a 560SEC as they do an Panhard these
days..

I keep a Stack of those fuses on hand @ all times ;-)

The service manager was wearing a white lab coat and greeted me with a "Hi
how can I help you?"
So I showed him the fuse and told him his parts guy couldn't identify it "So
can you go tell him what this is?'"
After looking at it, this was his answer. "The German guy that can identify
it is out on his break now, but he will be back in half an hour"
I usually do not get frustrated or lose my cool but I was getting real
close. So I grabbed a mechanic and told him the story.
He went back and got the part number so I went back to the parts guy and he
was able to find it.
Total time spent: 1 hour 15 minutes from the time I drove in their parking
lot to when I left.

I'll check the Blower Motor "Foil Fuse" that's NOT in the main fuse box...
Good to know this!
Certainly beats replacing a $300 + Blower Motor... ;-)
I'll post what I find out...
