Yup, several people have done it.  I was gonna do it to my SEL as well, until I got my SEC. 

I couldn’t see an easy way to do it, so I was gonna just splice it in.

On the subject of headlight wiring...has anybody put an SEC bumper on an SEL like I'm about to do, and wired up the bumper fogs to work along with the fogs in the SEL headlights?  I'm still putting the bumper together at the moment and haven't made it to the install yet, but this thread reminded me.  I do have an SEC wreck I can pull the wiring from, but on the SEC, there's a separate wire/plug to the fog lights since they are a separate unit from the headlight.  On the SEL, the headlight/foglight are integrated into the single unit with just one plug and the wiring between the two is internal.

Try the attached file for the euro pin to socket configuration.  You'll need to inspect both the male and female connector pin positions to remedy what you describe.

As for the fogs, the harness from the fogs comes up and plugs into a fog socket to the backside side of each euro headlamp assembly.  I can get a photo to you if needed.

I have a 1988 560 sec which has euro headlights and I cannot get the wiring right I have the euro plugs but I do not have it right when I turn on the turn signals the headlights blink.  My fog light are not plug in and I do not were that goes.  Would anyone have a wiring diagram for euro plugs and wiring diagram for all of the front lights.
