[W126 Coupe] question about throttle position switch help anyone/everyone

Gary,
I don't know what year MB we are talking about but, if the code is on the
diag. connector with red LED up at the firewall by battery, you need to
reset the code and then see if it crops up again.
Do you have this type of code reader and does it have a little thumb button
next to the red led? If so, depress and hold for something like 5 seconds
until it gives one long blink then release. That should reset it.
