John,

Sorry also.  My father has been gone 20 years this year.  It was Lung
cancer.  He was a chain smoker.  He had 20% lung capacity and this
was where the cancer was and thus inoperable.  After three years and
a lot of pain he passed on.

Its a serious thing and I myself am very militant about second hand
smoke, which I know I have had my fair share of.

nobody smokes in my car! :-)
