[W126 Coupe] Windshield Wiper

Hi Camran,

Well if the arms are firm you don't need my write-up.

Do replace the fuse or swap one of equal value known to be working as 
Jim Houk suggested.

If that works, great.  If not, try different positions on the stalk to 
see if perhaps you can rule this in or out too.
