Well, I'm not sure about specific attractions, but if you might like
catching an Imax show at the Seattle Science Center, or going up the
Space Needle. http://www.pacsci.org/ http://www.spaceneedle.com/

If you like Italian food, there is an amazing restaurant near the
Needle, named Buca di Beppo. Definitely a place to go with a friend, or
more than one. Generous servings, and excellent food.

If you like walking markets, Pike Place Market is one attraction.

I don't know all the ins and outs of it, but there is also the Seattle
Underground which can be toured at times. http://www.undergroundtour.com/

As for romantic restaurants, I couldn't say, but I'm sure there are a
few. Maybe the restaurant at the top of the Space Needle? It's a formal
one that takes reservations, but that's about all I know of it. I've
heard that most of it's attraction is the view, not necessarily for
amazing quality. That being said, it does have a nice view!

I hope this helps some,
