[W126 Coupe] 220se

Who knows where I can find and buy an engine for the 2 door coupe 220se 1959.
The engine is a 6 cylinder fuel injection type M 180 for the 220seb.
The car is sitting in a garage and it has also a manual transmission. It is not mine and the owner might sell it in as is situation.
I also noticed some rust underneath.
Any idea about the cost? The body is in good shape and interior looks good and might just need a little bit of upgrade.
Is this a classic with a lot of value?
