UPS (United Parcel Service) is the shipper that lost the spoiler, not USPS.

  In the response there seems to be some mix up. The US Postal Service (USPS) is mentioned but then a reference is made to UPS which is a private organization, sometimes referred to as Brown, unaffiliated with the Post Office. Both ship internationally but are very different. To which do the references apply?
