How about a preceding model, a 1958 300d? I've owned it for nearly 30  
years. Engine rebuilt many years ago, New velour upholstery (similar  
to the original). Quality repaint 25 years ago. It's time for me to  
reduce the number of Mercedes I own...

Hi,  I currently own a 1990 Euro 560 SEC with just about every option MB
delivered back then. I will never sell this car! But now I am also  
looking
for a MB 600 W100 (63 ? 80). I live in Europe, but plan to go to the  
US to
search for one (I get a lot of dollars for an euro nowadays!). Has  
anybody
any suggestions where to look? Are there specialised ?classic car?  
dealers
in the south that you know of? Maybe specialised (auction) websites?  
Classic
car traders? Friends whot want to sell one? Hope you can help me out.
