Take it to Jonathan and let him fix it. 
1. He knows how.
2. It takes specialized tools to get the tranny out of the car.
3. You're in Atlanta and he's the best in town.
4. Rather than guessing about the fix and can you do it, the job will be finished, quickly.

Hello Guys,


I have a 87 560-SEC, while driving I came to a stop light, car is the drive position. When I hit the gas to accelerate , the engine reved but the car did not move. I put the car in reverse and the reverse gear worked fine. Long story short,  Good Buddy Jonathan suggested that the B2 Piston was probably gone, I hoped.  I had a very reliable mechanic look at the car and he stated the B2 piston was fine and that that he could not find anything wrong other than I was a little low on transmission fluid, and that the insulation around or above transmission housing was worn and lose.  He suggested I get the rear seal done, but the B2 piston was not leaking and he did not detect any issues with the transmission. Your feed back would be greatly appreciated.
