[W126 Coupe] Transmission "Clunk" - But only when selectingReverse Gear

Everybody is a mechanic except the mechanics. 
This one problem have generated enough opinions to confuse even the most relaxed Mercedes driver. 
If nothing else it's good for a laugh.
