[W126 Coupe] SEC WHEEL HUB QUESTION

Hi guys 
I seem to have not luck lately with my coupe
Left rear one of my lug nuts is turning with no end ... The other four
torque at 80 pounds
What can I do about this? Should I just replace the Hub? And if so what do I
need to do?
Is it and easy job? And so on
