Hi Ronny,
Yes, the island of Tasmania. From Adelaide we drive to Melbourne, about
730km. Take the ferry overnight, [docks about 7:00am] to Devonport at the
north end of the island. It's a pretty place with very diverse scenery.

I have been a ships engineer/officer on Dutch oil tankers and bulk carriers
for 10 years. And one of the towns in Australia was Adelaide. I was there in
the month December and January of the year 1966/1967. We had a Christmas
party on board of the ship and nurses from a close by hospital were invited.
I went also to Tasmania and Wellington in New Zealand.
