[W126 Coupe] 560SEC ASR

Hi chaps,

My 1989 560SEC has ASR [traction control] I think?

It has the ASR light next to the ABS & SRS lights on the dash and it has a large hydraulic unit just behind the ABS unit under the hood, 2 brake line right through to the rear wheels and 2 rear speed sensors. It also has the ‘snow chain’ switch in the centre switch panel, all as described in the workshop manual. 

However, it doesn’t have the ASR function light in the top of the speedo.

My question is, where can I get a speedo with the ASR function light in it? In  Australia I need it to read in km, as I suspect, that the speedo I have is a wrong replacement.

I am changing the dial faces, so the lettering and numbers will be km and I’m guessing the gears can be changed to record km??
