[W126 Coupe] Electrical / start problem

This is a new one. Does the wiper only do this when you are holding the key
over for the starter to crank? Does the wiper stop after the engine has
started? If so, perhaps the ignition switch or ignition harness at the rear
of the ign. switch. That will be a tough one to sort out and require some
time under the dash with a dc rpobe while trying to replicate the condition.
If not for the wiper, I'd look at connections to the starter for
corrosion. Regulator is fine where your charging rate is good.
Just a few guesses I'm afraid.
