[W126 Coupe] AC Problem

[Franco]

Radiator is brand new (Nov. 07) fluid is full
How do I check the viscous clutch to see if it's good
Aux fan works fine I think turns on and off 
Temp does go up sometimes when I stop but it's only half way between 
90 & 100 and comes right back down after I start moving again
