What year SEC is this again?
Check the fuse for the vacuum pump to see if it's okay or burnt.
If it is burnt, replace it with another of the same value (color) and
see if it blows right away or when you again attempt to lock/unlock
either door.
The wires under the rear seat, did you follow them up behind the seat
back to the wire manager entering the trunk or did they go somewhere else?
Check the fuse for the circuit to the courtesy lamp in the trunk too.
What is it condition? This wire is known to cause a short where it
clips to the trunk lid hinge and is always being moved. The insulation
can become torn resulting in a meltdown and short.
