[W126 Coupe] Alarm surprise this morning- lights and horns a'blazin

Hi-
	My '89 560SEC's alarm went off this morning when I opened the door.  It 
had not been locked. I tried locking and  unlocking from the driver's 
door - no luck, the alarm still sounds.  I tried locking & unlocking 
from the passenger door side - same thing - no luck.  I suspect the 
switch that controls/sends a signal to the alarm module (likely in the 
driver's door) is loose or not being tripped to the alarm off position. 
  Either way, I am stuck with an inoperative car.
	My question"  Anyone have the diagrams for the alarm system.  Where it 
gets it's power (fuse number and location) and where the alarm module 
is.  I understand the alarm module must send a 'no alarm' signal before 
the car will be allowed to start (fuel pump power??). If there is a fuse 
I can pull or something, to stop the alarm and allow me to drive to the 
dealer or pull the door panel to check it out, that would help.
any help would be appreciated. (how to pull the driver door panes, the 
alarm switch in the door, power source etc.)
