[W126 Coupe] LOOKING FOR A GOOD SHOP

Hi Everyone,
Does any one here in Arizona Scottsdale /Phoenix recommend a shop that is good and honest ?
Looking to take mine in after one last change of the fuel accumulator that I ordered.
Car will start instantly after sitting in garage overnight w/battery disconnected. I you turn off and restart right away again it starts instantly. Let sit for a minute and you have to hold pedal almost to floor to restart.
Any info welcomed,
