[W126 Coupe] PulStar Pulse Plugs

Hey guys just wanted to know if anyone is using these or if you know if it would work on our cars (and mine 500SEC Euro).

It is illegal to use fog lights in this fogless 
part of OZ,  (West), so I would like to replace mine with long distance 
driving lights to enable me to see the kangaroos & bulls in time to avoid 
them.

Does anyone know of a product that will fit the 
same space, please? Hella & Narva are popular brands here.  Thanks,
