[W126 Coupe] Fluid out of wheel center

While cleaning the car yesterday, I noticed that my left front wheel had a leak out of its center. 
 
I took the wheel off to get a better look and a few drops on the hub looked green. 
 
I could not find an obvious source. The brake lines looked dry, the calipers had no obvious leaks and the front suspension components had no streaks that I could see.
