Bruce, when Capitol West was selling these they included a simple flat 
metal adapter plate that allowed one of the US wiper motors to mount to 
the Euro light. On the other side of the car, it was a simple matter of 
turning the motor upside down. When finished, they look like this:

I can probably dig up the instructions, but they do not include a 
template for the adapter.
