That was my second one which I sold to my good friend... "Sonya" is in good hands.
A funny thing happen after I bought my first SEC... I wanted to buy every good one out there.
I quickly realized this could become a problem. I resolved to keep just one good one forever!
If there was only a way to hide it so I could find it in my next life... ;-)
I believe RG was referring to my first 88 Black on Palomino 560SEC.
The best airline ticket I ever bought (Chicago to Naples FL via Fort Myers)!! ;-)
Amazing story... RG told it best back in the archives, I believe under "Welcome Sam".
If it were not for sheer coincidence, which I'm convinced there is no such thing, of running into RG at a local Naples watering hole, I wouldn't likely have my SEC.
Suffice it to say, this car is worth traveling far to find a GOOD ONE.
Don't be too concerned about a few minor weeping fluids as these are 20 year old cars.
The seals will dry up, especially if it sits in the garage a lot. In other words "Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater". I'm glad I didn't thanks to RG!
Besides, driving it back home is one of the most wonderful drives you'll ever have! ;-)
Sam
