John,
Very easy. Off tomorrow to the local MB bone yard for replacement parts.
Thanks,

Richard,
Remove the screws that hold the inner panel and wood trim on the glove box door and then you will see all of the lock mechanism and which pieces need to be replaced. It is very easy to replace and can be done in minutes.
Good Luck,
John

Hello All,
The beveled pot metal latch that hooks to the vertical pin to keep the door closed broke yesterday. Anyone know how the door disassembles so as to replace this piece?
Thanks,
Rich Jaffe
