[W126 Coupe] Slight stumble not a dead miss

See how bad the cap and rotor are before doing much else. Remove the
cap and you'll likely see the cause of a dead spark plug if you truly
are running on original gear. It's way past time for cap, rotor, plugs
and wires with that mileage!
