[W126 Coupe] Groaning/Creaking front end!?!?!

I had the same problem on my 380SEC. There is a ball joint with a rubber casing 
that wears out. Its the metal rubbing on metal if you have the same problem. 
temperarily you good lube it up and eventually replace the rubber seal.
