Hi jay:
Great mileage report for that SEC. Obviously you have been having it
serviced regularly. I'd check flex disks & tires for a starter on the
vibration. You don't mention a rumble or harmonic noise so that's good
news on the rear end with that many miles. The skip could be many
things, plugs, wires, cap, rotor on the electrics. Bad injector or two,
bad injector seals on the fuel side. Could also be cams and/or rockers
showing some signs of wear.
So, best bet is to have the car inspected and properly diagnosed then
you can probably take another 300k miles with some care.
