[W126 Coupe] Drive line vibration and idle problem

Hi folks,
   I have an 87 560 SEC with 303,000 miles on it. I am experiencing a couple of problems. There is a vibration in the drive line above 55MPH to about 70MPH. Could it be the drive shaft out of balance? Also, at idle, the motor will skip a beat every so often like a cylinder isn't firing. At initial take off, it feels as though a cylinder or two hesitates. Above 1800 RPM, the motor runs fine. Any help is greatly appreciated.
