It controls the differntial pressure b/w the upper and lower chambers in your fuel distributor. The difference in pressure corresponds directly to how much fuel will be sent to your injectors.
It receives it's signal from the KE control unit in Milivolts, said signal being a figured on signals like temp, O2, RPM etc..

Yes, I typically find you can fatten up the EHA just a hair for better
peak torque/HP...the cars usually come a touch lean from the factory.
Ideally you want to be able to tune w/ a wideband O2 so you know you're
not going too far.. However, that aside you can usually pull the screw
off the back of the EHA and give the 2.5mm hex a 1 flat turn to the right.
