[W126 Coupe] SHORT CIRCUIT?

HI CLASS,
I HAVE ANOTHER PLEA FOR HELP AGAIN. ON THE WAY TO REPAIR MY WINDSHIELD LAST WEEK, I WENT OVER A SET RAILROAD CROSSING AND I HAD A FUSE BLOW TO MY SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT OVERHEAD, MY SEATBELT PRESENTERS, POWER ANTENNA, AND CENTRAL LOCKING SYSTEM. IT IS NUMBER 15 IN THE FUSE BOX AND I HAVE REPLACED IT TWICE WITH AN 8 AMP, BUT IT STILL WOULD BLOW, SO AFTER TWO REPLACEMENT FUSES, I MOVED UP TO A 16 AMP AND NOW IT DOES NOT BLOW ANYMORE, BUT MY QUESTION IS THIS.... IS THERE ANY CHANCE SOMETHING COULD SHORT CIRCUIT BECAUSE THE FUSE IS NOT BLOWING AT THE RECOMMENDED RESISTANCE AND CAUSE A FIRE? AND EVEN WITH THE HIGHER AMP FUSE, I AM NOW GETTING A BLOWN LIGHT BULB WARNING LIGHT AND ALL BULBS ARE WORKING. SHOULD I START WORRYING NOW GUYS AND GIRLS, OR WHAT?
