many thanks for the offer, i was able to correct high
idle by cleaning out idle control valve and
wiggling/cleaning contacts on idle control unit as
described on the mbcoupes website.
currently i'm sorting out the horn, 1 out of 4 horns
are working. i have a shop manual arriving in the
mail in the next few days which should help me get
some more minor troubleshooting done.
