[W126 Coupe] Seat belt wont click in

Hi all,

The wife has informed me that the drivers seat belt won't click and
stay latched when getting in the car.  The presenter works fine (thank
god!).

There doesn't seem to be anything suck inside there..  The release
button has normal travel as compared to the passenger seat.

Any suggestions?  Hate to drive too much without the belt....
