[W126 Coupe] battery

[Shayegan, Richard]

I need to find me a better mcparts store it seems...or not with the
prices my dealers gives me, but the local mcparts stores only have the
maintenance free ones.

	We have one in my buddies 600 back on Long Island.  I believe
interstate sells both maintenance free and well, non maintenance free
batteries.  It's just that most American's find putting water in their
batteries a bit too much to ask;-)

BMW ones typically last 5-6 years and the Douglas ones last 3.

			I do believe they are...there is an interstate
battery manufacture on Long Island and when speaking with him he told me
he is prohibited by Mercedes to sell their (his) batteries in the white
MB casing (the only difference). 
			
			I still go for the MB battery..I like the look:)
