This was stock bodywork. The air dams can go either way, they certainly
add some drag but if a major factor was airflow UNDER the car they can
minimize that -- so it is possible that they reduce drag, but not
likely. Their biggest help may be that they reduce the air pressure
under the engine so the cooling air through the radiator has a place to
get out.
