[W126 Coupe] bumper / fog light brackets

Hi Mike. how frankenbenz going? I am not a body man.... but because the bumper cover is flexible and the fiberglass is not, I would use that 3M double sided trim/molding tape and just a couple of screws in the corners

  I'm about to add a fiberglass Lorinser air-dam add-on to my front bumper. Do you or your painter know how to attach that fiberglass part to the bumper skin?

  Thanks for all the help. I am getting ready to do a re-paint on the car. But before I do, I am going to "fix" the ugly flat area and "key holes" where the license plate is supposed to go. I bought a used SEL bumper, and I am going to section out a piece of the cover and graft it into my bumper. The ridge that looks like a molding will go completely across the front instead of stopping in the center, similar to the rear bumper. I plan on photographing my progress and will post it as I go.
