[W126 Coupe] antenna mast replacement problem

Tom,
Pull the antenna assembly out of the car and disassemble it.
It's not hard. Remove the trunk lining on the left side, the power and
antenna connections to the antenna box, then the nut on top of the antenna
mount on top of the fender and the one phillips screw on the bottom of the
antenna chassis.
