[W126 Coupe] sunroof

Hi Terrako,

Do not make that assumption. Take the car back to the repair facility
and ask them to properly align and adjust the sunroof carrier and
linkage. If they broke it, they need to fix it. It is a very expensive
set-up and is easily damaged by anyone not knowing the how to service
it. Do not do anything yourself that will hold you liable. This I can
tell you is the only way to handle this one area of your coupe.

If they broke it, they can only get the parts from Mercedes and they
cost a small fortune. If the repair facility is not familiar with MB
roofs, have them pay for a Mercedes dealer to fix. Sorry this is a
major problem you do not want to be responsible for.

Regards,

Dick
