[W126 Coupe] Williamsburg shop?

I remember there was at least one Williamsburg, VA resident on the list.
Does anybody know of a decent shop that is familiar with W126 benzes in the
area?
Also, does the CIS injection have a separate adjustment for high rpm
mixture, or is that only on the CIS-E?
