[W126 Coupe] idle and response problem

Car was hesitating a little and roughing slightly rough at idle,so I disconnected the EHA and car runs super fast w/smooth idle , but still starts on 1st. turn of key, and right after the same. If I leave car for a couple of mins. you have to give gas or floor to start. When starts it idles around 750rpm in gear, out of gear,and w/ a/c on a slightly higher. Don't know if batt. drain went done because of test starting w/batt. connected longer than a day. Where should I be looking and what to do about EHA disconnected ? It doesn't leak and I have 2 off my sel and was wondering if I should try changing them out and reconnecting EHA to see how it ran. Also have new fuel pump relay, but don't know if it would help. Any info would be great help.
