Clay:

Either you armed with an understanding of the Bosch Fuel Management
design or a 'qualified' mechanic need to inspect both the fuel pump line
that feeds first the fuel pressure regulator and then the fuel
distributor as well as the line that permits fuel return. From what you
describe, your fuel return may be blocked or the plimbing at the fuel
pumps and filters is all wrong
