[W126 Coupe] Thoughts .........Please

Hi All,

I have a 1989 560 SEC with 175,500 miles on it.
I know that I will be needing the heads done within the next 15,000 miles.
I have done a lot of work to it and it is a nice car.
My neighbor has a 1991 560 SEC with 138,000 that has been maintained and is 
asking $5,500.00 for it.
What would the group do?
Keep my car or buy the 91 with less milage on it and sell mine.
Mine is a dark grey/black and the 91 is blk on blk.
