[W126 Coupe] 83 Euro w/Adjustable Headlamps

I have one lamp that the adjustment does not work by turning the inside 
control knob.  My Left headlamp works find adjusting up and down.  The right 
one does not.  The Mercedes dealer determine what the problem is with no 
luck... yes they gave up on it.   This has been probably 9 or 10 years 
ago...  Now that I found this list I feel someone here will be able to tell 
me what I can do to make it work.
Thanks for any reply regarding this old issue that I am now interested again 
in trying to correct.
