[W126 Coupe] vent and idling issues

  The rear center vent blows fresh or ac, not heat, that comes through the floor vents only.
 
 High idling, OVP relay, that's the one with the red top and fuse between the firewalls. Check the fuse on top (probably ok) and clean the contacts to see if that corrects the problem, if not try switching if you have access to another, or replace with new, if not.
