DOC,
Are you sure that it is the head gasket and not the valve guide seals??
Valve guide seals are the number 1 cause of that kind of problem.
Seal replacement is a cinch and cheap compared to a head gasket.
I have never had any head gasket stop leak do anything but create more
problems!
The instructions at this link are on point but refer to the 124, not the
126.

Subject: [W126 Coupe] Engine Leak Stop
Any suggestions on a good engine stop leak additive?
Engine is very strong and I would rather not rebuild at this time. No need
she runs great.
Heads gasket leaks are causing some smoking when sitting at lights etc. due
to dripping to the pipes.
Would like to try to slow it down a little if anyone has some ideas.
Thank you,
Doc
