I agree that seeing all that effort go into the rice-rockets doesn't make
sense to me, but the positive side of it is that would you like to see that
type and style of modifications done to a Benz? I absolutely would not try
to convince someone with a chromed turbocharged 4-cylinder engine and neon
green interior that a Mercedes is a better vehicle to start with!!
Yep, I'm the one putting the LS6 into the SEC, but there will be no external
clues, the interior will still be its normal blue when done, and the word
"neon" won't be used to describe anything on it. "Fast" though, might be
descriptor.

This concept of spending thousands upon thousands of
dollars to modify Hondas, Toyotas, etc. is beyond me.
It reminds me of when I was in high school one day a
classmate proudly came to school and reported he had
successfully put a Holley 650 double pumper carb on
his mother's 1966, 283 c.i. Chevrolet station wagon.
The only reply I could muster was "OK you did it...but
why'?
