Katmac is a viable option, however I'm still curious/concerned as to what caused the rear to be so far out of alignment to begin with.
Is your car lowered? I don't remember you mentioning as much..
To be honest, the last set of Katmac's were disappointing quality/craftsmanship wise. I'm surprised the MB bushings cost so much there..they aren't nearly that expensive here.
Were I in your shoes I'd still have the car to a frame straightening shop just to make sure everything is kosher.

I had the K-mac fitted today. Rear toe in went from (Left) +2.4 to +1.5 (Right) -1.5 to +1.4, the specification is +1.5 (-1.0 to +0.5) all in millimetres (not degrees). The camber went from (Left) -1°24' to -1°26' (Right) -1°03 to -1°23, the specification is 1°45±30'
So my rear end was brought to within spec for all adjustable parameters with the K-mac kit. The front is also within spec for all parameters except camber, which stayed at -1'08 on each side - being lowered meant that they could adjust no more.
My problems didn't go away, however. The experts at 'Pedders' continued to search for the reason why my car wanders and doesn't steer properly, concluding that the new front tyres were faulty. I took the car to the tyre man that said it was a common problem though less so with the expensive brand of tyres. They agreed to replace the tyres but did not have replacements in stock - it will be a day or two.
