[W126 Coupe] Euro headlamp vacuum diaphram source?

This may be a long shot but, does anyone know if a source for the 
elevation vacuum element in the Bosch euro headlamp assemblies is 
available?  By the way when you have a leak such as this idle will be poor.

And this is specifically for the 126 chassis euro sedan headlamp not the 
coupe.
