[W126 Coupe] ABS Brakes

When my '86 420 SEC is rolling to a stop & I apply the brakes gently to 
bring it to rest, the brakes shudder & kick back via the pedal with some 
moaning & groaning from the wheels & the car jerks to a stop. This worries 
my passengers. Otherwise the braking is fine with normal & with emergency 
use. The graticule on the dash lights up & stays lit when this happens too. 
Is there a problem here?                    Jack Oz
