Now that the V12 is nearly done (I'm still doing some custom center
console work for the hell of it...boredom I guess), I have resumed the
500CE project.

You can see the progress on the 500ecstasy.com website.  Otherwise, check
out motorwerksgroup.com, look on the upper right under "projects" and
click on the W124 V8 conversion.
